The task was to design an activity for our teachable subject. Four of us from the Art cohort collaborated and came up with the idea of creating an alter ego with this activity, Mutants. This activity requires a group effort (groups of 4 people) and creates a creature-like "alter ego" as an outcome. Participants are to draw 4 things: head, body, legs, feet; in combination with these body parts, they are to include a name, verb (present-tense), preposition, noun. As an outcome of this creative process, they are to create a story based on the results they ended up with. This activity is intended to push creativity in a collaborative setting.
